Return Policy

• Every purchase made on this website is purely in reference to Malaysia only, thus currency used in every transaction is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), and shipping fee is calcualte based on address in Malaysia only. Any other purchase outside of Malaysia and to be shipped out of Malaysia should contact the administrator for relevant shipping and handling (S&H) fees, including insurance coverage.
• For every order that you placed with us, if in any case the items received are damaged, please file your claim with the relevant courier company that deliver the package to you. For postage within Malaysia, our default courier will be Pos Malaysia. We will provide you with the relevant document for you to process your claims (invoices, receipt, etc). We are sorry we are unable to perform the claim procedure on your behalf.
  In the event of return order, it is buyer's responsibility to bear the return shipping cost.
