Shipping and Handling (Domestic)

Currently, our shipping and handling (S&H) fee is as below:

  • Peninsular Malaysia - RM7.00 per transaction
  • East Malaysia - RM10.00 per transaction


Customer can enjoy free shipping when:

  • purchase more than RM100.00 (delivery within Peninsular Malaysia)
  • purchase more than RM120.00 (delivery within East Malaysia)

 

Delivery time:

  • Peninsular Malaysia - Poslaju: 2 - 3 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) - Poslaju: 2 - 5 working days
 
Shipping and Handling (International)

As for international buyer, please contact us at contact@ideashop.my for international postage fee before you proceed to checkout.

International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. By confirming the order, you agree to accept full responsibility for all duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage, including all governmental and courier fees as set forth under international Incoterms. Return shipping, as well as all original fees shall be incurred and will be deducted from any refunds that may be entitled to from ideashop.my for non-delivered parcels.
